Why Dr. Trego?
Dr. Trego started her career as a technical researcher at The Boeing Company. Her career ladder zigged and zagged through aerospace, defense, and medical devices to academia. She was a technical individual promoted to management and had to learn new skills. She was the sole female in a large group of engineers. She became an executive in a Fortune 500 company and has worked internationally.
